1955

• Hayri Ögelman Limited Company was established. Started its activities in the field of chrome mining.

1959

- The title of the company was changed to Hayri Ögelman Madencilik Limited Şirketi.

2012

- Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş., which is its current title, was started to be used.

2014

- The company merged with Ögel Madencilik ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. by acquisition.

2020

- 86.21% of Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. shares were acquired by CVK Maden İşletmeleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and became its subsidiary.

2022

- The remaining 10% of Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. shares were purchased by CVK Maden İşletmeleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş., increasing its shareholding in the subsidiary to 96.21%.

• Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. carried out trial production of magnesite ore at Bursa-Harmancık Chrome Plant.

2023

- Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. Kayseri-Pınarbaşı Chromium mining site with operating license was acquired.

2024

- Hayri Ögelman Madencilik A.Ş. has started to work for the public offering of its shares and investment in Ferrochrome Production Facility.
