Valentis Group is firmly committed to upholding human rights and preventing all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour within our organization and across our supply chains.

This statement outlines the measures we take to ensure compliance with international laws and ethical practices, in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other similar legislation in jurisdictions where we operate.

Valentis Group is an international healthcare company active in the licensing, marketing, sales, and supply of pharmaceutical products, diagnostic solutions, and clinical trial materials. With operations in Türkiye, Germany, Switzerland, and the UAE, we recognize our responsibility to uphold ethical practices in every country we work in.

We unequivocally oppose all forms of:

  • Forced or bonded labour
  • Child labour
  • Human trafficking
  • Exploitation in supply chains

We expect all Valentis employees, partners, and suppliers to respect and align with internationally recognized human rights principles, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and ILO Conventions.


Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We evaluate ethical and human rights risks in our supply chains by:

  • Identifying high risk geographies and sectors
  • Reviewing supplier practices and compliance history
  • Maintaining direct relationships with manufacturers and critical partners
  • Performing regular evaluations for transparency and ethical alignment

Supplier Standards and Preventive Measures

Our expectations from suppliers are clearly defined through:

  • Ethical clauses embedded in all supplier and partner contracts
  • Mandatory acceptance of Valentis ethical principles and zero tolerance for exploitative practices
  • Ongoing communication and collaboration to promote responsible business conduct

Where necessary, we reserve the right to audit suppliers or request supporting documentation.


Training and Awareness

While Valentis does not currently provide external consultancy, we ensure that our internal teams involved in procurement and partner evaluation are:

  • Aware of modern slavery risks
  • Informed about responsible sourcing expectations
  • Equipped to identify red flags and escalate concerns

Reporting and Grievance Mechanisms

We provide secure and confidential channels to report:

  • Suspected cases of human rights violations
  • Ethical misconduct or supply chain risks

All reports are investigated promptly and fairly. Appropriate action is taken when violations are identified.
